In this smoothie:
-1 frozen ripe banana (sliced)
-1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
-1 cup of frozen mango
-2 oranges (peeled and sliced)
-1/2 cup of orange juice
-1/2 cup of carrot juice
-3 tablespoons of hemp hearts (optional)
-1 tablespoon of fish oil (optional)
-1/2 avocado (optional)
Blend all ingredients together until they create an even consistency. Pour into glass, garnish with a slice of orange and voila - an Orangewatch smoothie !

How to make your own açaí bowl:
-Blend together 2 tablespoons of water, 1 frozen pack of açaí (I get mine from Whole Foods) and 1 frozen banana (sliced)
-Top with your favourite fruits, granola or any other toppings you enjoy!
